<p>No they don’t, but Syracuse is never really warm. It’s April and it snowed a couple days ago</p>
<p>You can see here that the average daily high in Syracuse in May is 69 degrees and in September is 72 degrees, so not having air conditioning should not be a problem:</p>

<p>There are single rooms (and many single rooms within suites on South Campus) but they primarily go to upperclassmen. There is a rule that students have to live in campus housing for the first two years, so sophomores have the advantage. There is also a unique set up at SU called split doubles where there is a partial wall in the middle of a small room which does provide for some privacy.</p>
<p>You most certainly won’t need AC in Syracuse.</p>
