Do we have to fill out the CSS or FAFSA?

Are all students that apply required to fill these out? My student would be an OOS applicant. We ran the NPC and won’t qualify for any aid other than the federal loan, which we probably won’t plan to use. Do we still need to fill out these financial forms? I couldn’t find a clear answer on their website.

You don’t. We don’t qualify for aid either, so I didn’t worry about it.
