<p>Just wondering, like finishing a big paper, or an important application. I’m finishing my STS paper/project/submission today, and I’m going to party like there’s no tomorrow :)</p>
<p>Of course…sure…by all means.</p>
<p>I partied after finishing my Westinghouse paper and my EA app. But my Intel STS paper was the exact same, so it wasn’t that big an accomplishment, and the essays were pretty easy for me. But on a general basis, usually after I finish a big project, I hardly have any time to party before another major assignment comes up. Such is life</p>
<p>I celebrate with a sigh of relief and some good food… like chocolate pudding. Or ice cream. Or certain Indian desserts.</p>

<p>I plan to celebrate when I’m done with all my applications. But the greatest celebrations will be when (if) I get in. Oh, I wish it were April 1 today : (((</p>
<p>I buy myself things to celebrate. I’m planning a big present when I hand in the final draft of my extended essay.</p>

<p>Projects: yes, I do celebrate after I finish MAJOR ones</p>
<p>Applications: Heck no, time to start worrying…and plotting to kidnap the postman and get my application back and work on it some more…</p>
<p>Um, YEAH. After I completed my ED application, and then when I got my report card, I definitely celebrated. And I’m already planning what I’m going to do on December 15 (because either I’ll be ridiculously overjoyed, or I’ll REALLY need some diversions from sadness).</p>
<p>Big projects/group projects YES. We usually just party at the house that we just finished it.</p>
<p>STS project fedexed. w00t. I’m thinking about eating @ baja fresh - burrito ultimo enchilado style. it’s like my standard celebration activity.</p>
<p>I got totally screwed. a lot of people have their STS and siemens projects the same but i had to do a whole new one. damn that was hard</p>
<p>how did you do a whole new one? didn’t you already have one done? and how did you decide which one to send?</p>
<p>I used my RSI project. But the results I got while at RSI were almost insignificant. I spent the past 6 weeks redoing my project over and over again trying to get better results. I got them last weekend (celebrated that too by going to a movie! haha), and this is a totally unused project so it was time to test it. I don’t think I can get sems though, I had no idea how über competitive it was. Siemens is nothing to STS.</p>
<p>I usually celebrate, especially if it’s a big accomplishment.</p>
<p>What if you haven’t accomplished anything YET? </p>
<p>Also, HOW do you guys celebrate?</p>
<p>Do a happy dance. And go out to eat and to the movies.</p>
<p>I have “parties” either when i wake up in the early AM to finish work i could have done in the evening (bad me, i know) or when im having a bad day. Basically i drink milk and eat buttered bagels and watch Roseanne. Lame, i know, but sitting alone and watching your favorite show and drinking your favorite drink in the dark of the night makes you feel soooooo good, trust me.</p>
