Teaching architecture to children (gifted classes, summer camps, alternative schools). Designed curriculum & then taught the small classes. Unlike ‘real’ teachers, never had to follow a specific curriculum, so it was (usually) heaven. I did get jealous of other teachers however, when they came to their classes with a notebook, and I came to mine literally with a dolly stacked with boxes of building materials and project supplies.
I used to teach LSAT prep for Princeton years ago. I probably could again.
