<p>Dinner…but growing up my parents and grandmother called it supper so I did too. Not sure when I changed to calling it dinner.</p>

<p>Dinner is the major meal of the day. If your dinner is served at midday, then the small meal served in the evening is called supper. If your evening meal is the largest meal of the day then it is called dinner.</p>
