<p>If by Fine Arts program you mean colleges that have fine arts departments then
yes, there are those that offer a BA in Acting. Fordham Lincoln Center comes to
mind as one. As far as an acting minor goes, it’s not something I’ve ever heard of
but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Fordham is the only BA I can think of that has
an emphasis on acting, but I am hardly the final word. There must be others.</p>

<p>Fordham LC is among the most respected BA Theater programs. This was the only
BA program my son auditioned for and he did so largely on the strength of the faculty
and the NYC Location.</p>
<p>More schools I can’t really help you with. I’ve only looked at the one’s my son had an
interest in and they are all in NY.</p>
