does this count as a college/university i attended?

ok, so heres the deal…in the summer of 2007 i went to korea on some 4 week program with Korea University where everyone in the program learned some korean, toured korea, went to historical sites like famous tombs and the 38th parallel and stuff (this program doesnt offer college credit. No college units).

it said on the UC app in EDUCATIONAL HISTORY:
“BEGIN WITH THE HIGH SCHOOL you graduated from and continue in chronological order, ending with the institution where you are currently enrolled for… list all colleges/universities you have attended, including UC campuses and any institutions outside the US. Be sure to list all institutions attended - regardless of the length of attendance, whether courses where completed or whether you believe the record will affect your chances for admission to the university of yield transferable credit. If you provide incomplete or incorrect information about the schools you have attended, your admission to or enrollment at the University of California may be jeopardized.”

there is no credit for college whatsoever from this program, its just something fun for americanized koreans to do to keep us from forgetting our culture/motherland… however I did mention that i attended this program in my personal statement prompt #1. Does this need to be reported to the UCs or am i ok?

heres a link the the site for the program:
