<p>And most of the others are basically done. I just need to do Why Penn? and Why ND? essays, and pick a photo for Penn and Columbia. It’s going!</p>

<p>I kind of like the idea of sending in a candid, but I’m not sure. That would require looking through my photos and then scanning one, etc.</p>
<p>I am taking a year off, but I don’t want to apply to schools over that one year off… it would interfere with my “me” time and hinder my self discovery.</p>

Emory (I know I’ll get in because I’m a GA resident and they treat us well… does that sound arrogant? I wasn’t trying to be.)</p>
<p>No, it doesn’t. Most students at the highest levels can consider Emory a “likely” school, so you “Jojian” or whatever can apply to it as a safety. And, if you don’t, you have another year to deal with the ‘just in case’ and ‘I’ve changed my mind’ senarios. :)</p>

a tip: write a why xxx essay. then use the replace feature of ms word to replace the name of XXX WITH yyy…but make sure to change the name of the colleges which you are applying to within the university…THAT IS WHAT I DID. :D…i am a lazy fool</p>

You have to say the same stuff…in each. but i made sure the ones i wrote for ‘nice’ schools were different and creative. although most ‘nice’ schools dont require WHY XXX essays</p>
