<p>No, Jason Smith is the guy who got expelled from the university because of “lying” in a one-credit class. Some students were handing out flyers and a long letter during DOTL expressing their fear for admitted students if they choose to go here.</p>
<p>I think UVA did the correct thing. The accused was found guilty of lying per the article in the thread below after being given a chance to finish his assignments. I find the honor system refreshing.</p>
