Apparently, last year Walmart and L&T partnered to offer L&T brands on Walmart’s e-commerce platform.
Just went to walmart.com (not a place I shop) and typed lord and taylor into the search bar and was taken to their clothing. Had no idea! I you’re in the market for a cashmere sweater, and the color and size selection work for you, the price is great:

I have several cashmere sweaters from L&T. Wonder if the quality is the same or if they made ones of a lower quality specifically for Walmart.
Then found a jumpsuit I liked at a great price. Searched for it on L&T’s site and, with their current promo code (not needed on Walmart’s site), it was the same price. Since I have shoprunner, I bought it from L&T because, if I choose to return it, it’ll be easier.
I don’t think Walmart is actually stocking L&Ts clothing, it’s simply a marketing partnership capitalizing on Walmart’s web traffic and attempting to compete with Amazon/Zappos.
I’m not an ahead of holidays shopper but those sweaters would make some good Christmas gifts!

Yes, that makes sense. Just another channel for L&T to sell through. And I heard about Kohls accepting Amazon returns too. Nice to have options although, if return shipping is free, unless one is trying to be better environmentally, seems unlikely it would save time.
I mean, I don’t care who sells what and you buys what where…but really, would you ever have paired Lord and Taylor and WalMart??? I mean, how about at least TARGET!!! 
Walmart also owns Modcloth… I was think Target would have been a better match do that one!

Nope, they have been ordered from Nordstrom. I would not mind buying them elsewhere though! If you look at the Walmart site, there are quite a few vendors who use Walmart as a web portal to their stock. Searching for Paul Green shoes yields a few different “fulfilled by” results. But alas, no pumps I wanted.
After a huge weight loss I have relatively thin thighs for the first time in my life. Just bought these and they look awesome. My kids are sort of horrified though.
