Those JJill dresses look nice and comfortable. I do find that if you like your dress to hit above the knee you might consider getting a petite. I’m 5ft 5 and I wear a Petite in their dresses.
Here’s something @abasket . Assuming the tie isn’t attached. https://www.moidress.com/collections/dresses/products/moidress-short-sleeve-striped-t-shirt-dress-tie-waist-with-pockets?variant=33456474488876
That’s cute! I do like the stripe. But someone give that woman a sandwich! - she looks like a toothpick!!!
I really like this dress from that website. Actually, I like a lot of them! I’d like this for the lake if it isn’t too short. I emailed the company and asked. So many dresses out there are so cute and too short now! If only they were another 3 to 4 inches for my taste.
That dress is quite short and described as a “mini.”
@conmama that’s a cute dress. Has anyone ordered from that site (moidress) before??
I would wear that dress over my bathing suit in-between beach times/swims, walks on the beach etc.
@abasket , yes that is what I was thinking. I like to put on my bathing suit for the day, but sometimes need to go or do something where it’s not appropriate, like run to the grocery or walk to a neighbors… This looks cool to wear in the summer and easy!
My hesitancy is no free shipping and no free returns. That sometimes raises a red flag.
Here are some reviews I found online for moli dress
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/molly-dress.com
They are not encouraging
This is only my opinion and take it or leave it.
Many of these cheap on line clothing companies steal pictures from bloggers and make very cheap imitations. You are not getting the clothes that are pictured.
Also if you are even able to return the clothes you ordered, they will go right into a dumpster.
I have only ordered clothes on Amazon once or twice. I have not been happy with them. Not quality and mostly I felt they had a very strong order. I have one cute shirt and it smells like chemicals and is itchy even after I washed it.
Just my opinion and others may have completely different experiences.
@deb922 , thanks so much!! I’ll keep looking!
Since it seems that masks are now going to become “accessories” for the foreseeable future, have you all found any women’s clothings retailers that are now selling them? Something other than etsy?
I ordered some from Johnny Was, but they are seriously back-ordered and you get a package with “mixed” prints, so you don’t get to choose.
I found this one:
https://livelovegameday.com/collections/accessories/products/bold-leopard-cotton-fitted-face-cover
that I thought was cute (I am a fan of leopard print!). They have several like this where filters can be inserted and then several that are double layer knit where there is not spot for a filter. The knit ones however, are a poly blend, so I am not sure?? At any rate, I have never ordered from this company and wondered if anyone had? They also have some cute quarantine t-shirts.
I do worry about “fit” for masks, however. I have a friend who has shipped some to me - she makes them herself and makes a “small” and “large” size. I got two smalls for me and two larges for dh. They are arriving today. I have kind of a smallish face. Hers are just a plain light blue fabric and will be perfectly fine, but hey - if masks are going to become part of our daily wear, I want some that are cute! But, they need to fit as well.
Where are all the fashionistas on this thread looking for cute masks??
I ordered 2 face masks from Etsy.
They are reversible with a print on one side & solid on the other. No choice of fabric or colors.
I like that the masks have a toggle on the elastic band to tighten or loosen around the ear.
I think I’d rather go for basic black or grey and it will “match” just about everything I wear.
I was telling a friend of mine how masks were going to take some getting used to — so hot (and it’s still cold here in Chicagoland).
She said so far the masks for her are an “instant hot flash”.
I ended up ordering a couple masks yesterday. I was starting to look on Etsy but then remembered that I follow someone on FB who has an Etsy store and her own website where she sells headbands - AND she lives right down the street from me! I looked and sure enough she has some masks on her site. I bought a couple and will pick them up later by walking to her house and getting them from inside her front screen door.
I paid a little under $10 per mask. I really didn’t care - it was worth it to me to have them easily in hand with no shipping delay or anything. I’ll see how they fit.
Snow on the ground today!
I’m day dreaming of summer sandals and cute capris.
I had a neighbor lady make my masks, you had to have your own material. I read that quilting material is the best. Cotton that is at least 400 thread count with 4 layers is 60% effective fir letting particles in.
I have shams that are 600 thread count, she made a double layer with an insert that was double layer. I guess my point is to try to order materials that is at least the 400 thread count.

The Boden Charlie dress with the mini pom poms is my favorite! Love the blue and the pom pom detail - that dress is me. I also like the print on the emerald sun tile dress but the longer sleeve is out for me in summer.
Thanks for sharing!
Boden’s dresses are good quality!! Not disposable cheapo pieces of thin cloth.
Oy, I wasn’t even shopping for myself but just searching for a t-shirt dress for you, but now that I think about it, I also like the Boden Charlie one in white with a navy stripe and the mini colored pompoms on the neckline and sleeves. I work at home and think I’ll use this and they are offering 15% off and free shipping. So it was $59.50. I shop Boden often.
