If i go to college out of state, can I apply to get my driver license there, or can I use my own from my home state since i’m not actually a resident?
Any non-resident attending college in Florida does not need a Florida license, as long as they have a valid license from another state or country.

If you’re going to college in a state other than Florida, then you should check the rules in that state. However, it’s a common rule, that OOS college students are not required to get an in-state license.
