Dropped a class...Can I still take the AP test?

<p>I just dropped AP Macroeconomics. Will they still let me take the AP test? I don’t think they will throw the test away, since I already signed up for it (filled out the test form with my name, address, and stuff like that).</p>

<p>I feel good about taking the AP test because I feel that I know the material. I just don’t have a good grade in the class.</p>

<p>Sure. It’s the same idea as self-studying for an AP test- you don’t necessarily have to take the high school course to get the college credit, so long as you pass the test. I would just double-check with your school and make sure they’re okay with you doing that and haven’t already canceled your test or something.</p>
