<p>We don’t know how accurate the counselors’ information is. Yay skepticism. </p>

<p>And if we know that they get the emails at least two days before the decision, at earliest the decision day will be the 10th if we get the email tomorrow (assuming we can’t get the email today). For the decision to be the 13th or 14th, they would have to tell us by thursday or friday. From this we can know that we will get the email at the earliest tomorrow morning and the latest friday morning. (assuming the decision day wont’ be the 15th, which is still possible but seems unlikely given the anecdotal evidence)</p>

<p>He said “BY the 13th or 14th.” This not useful information. If he told the same things to the counselors of that other poster, than this is also useless information. There is no exact date referenced. </p>

<p>If he were to give a bs exact date it would be the 15th. The 13th or 14th would be a monday or tuesday. Obviously the next latest date would be the 10th, friday. The 13th or 14th in 2006 was a wednesday or thursday, and they found out on what, the 10th?
other info: we know that the admissions process is done, where as in that 2006 thread he said the process was not yet finished. Analysis of that comment: he’s giving an excuse for a later than expected date, or it could be true, in which case we should get our decisions earlier than the 10th, but that seems impossible at this point.</p>

and OMGOMG i nearly died when that kid said he got accepted. my heart actually stopped beating. i think i peed myself. okay so apaprents now we have to wait the weekend? do you guys know if it is possible that they post the decisions up on the internet on sat/sun???
even though no email day. :frowning: (honestly checking my email for duke has become so frequent, i might as well add it on my resume) i still HOPE we get them by thurs/fri.</p>
