A lot of colleges have the general extra-curricular table:

Well, I started a community service project last year. Now I know FOR SURE that I will be continuing this project this year in 12th grade, but it won’t start until around February. Do you think it’s okay to check boxes for both 11 and 12 grade? Or just 11?
