Earliest/Latest HS graduation dates

<p>When does you DS/DD graduate this year?</p>

<p>DS graduates the afternoon of June 13.</p>

<p>Our graduation ceremony is May 24th.</p>

<p>Ours is June 14th. Our school system is very large. The graduations start on the 12th and run through the 15th.</p>

<p>Yes, we are in NY too with a June 28 graduation date!!! That is a week later than last year!! Darn Regents schedule!!</p>

<p>Is that the original date or was it moved because of makeup days or something?</p>

<p>6/20- NJ (this is early for us!)
I think NJ and NY usually graduate the latest…ugh…</p>

<p>NY is generally quite late for public schools-June 25th in this area, but we don’t start until after Labor Day. I know a lot of schools in different parts of the country start during August.</p>

<p>Wisconsin passed a law a few years ago requiring schools to start in September- early June graduations. No state tests like in NY, AP teachers have weeks of school left between AP testing and finals… Indiana relatives have end May finish, but start in early/mid August- their kids had to skip part of summer school (getting req gym out of the way…) to attend HS graduation here, our district was still in session except for seniors.</p>
