<p>I was just wondering, since you have to schedule auditions and stuff, do you have to apply at all the colleges for Early Admission? Because otherwise people don’t usually find out if they got in til April, but that’s when people are finding out about the auditions, so…</p>
<p>You don’t have to apply for EA, (though in a few cases you can)-- but you sometimes need to apply early. For some schools you can’t schedule you audition until the application is in. Each school is different, so study the websites-- for some you need to have academic clearance before you audition, some will accept you academically but not artistically, some weigh both equally and send only one acceptance.</p>
