Early Bird Gets the Score!

Hey, people. Everyone who took the ACT in April-- for $8 you can see your scores online. I did, and I felt that it was lunch money well spent. I also took the writing test, and those scores ARE NOT available yet. You may wanna wait on that.

Just letting you know, although this is CC, therefore everyone probably already has theirs.

So, how were they???

pretty good :D

probably not for CCers, though

so in real world standards, they were some check plus scores

but in CC standards, you would just get a measly check??

I love that grading system

ha, alabama and the ACT-takers
scoff

I’m moving on up though-- taking the SAT in May.

No idea how many checks I would get.

My previous score (28) would have gotten one measly check.

No it’s a check plus, check or check minus

A check plus is worth 100%, a check is worth 85%, a check minus is worth 70%, but it can vary…that is how some teachers grade some assignments. I actually hate it because if they would give me a 95 normally, they are reluctant to give the plus, so I get the check but yeah…

That’s a funky grading system…

How long is it supposed to be before writing scores are available?

It said to check back weekly-- no idea how long, though.

I have a feeling you might have gotten a check minus on your writing section…sorry…

And you have to pay $8 each time? What a rip-off!

Oh, I’m not going back. I’m going to wait for the mail report for writing. I’m glad I got mine… :)

oh. .
