AP Euro is considered to be, by far, the hardest AP at my school. The teacher is great, so most people get 4s and 5s, but she gives A LOT of work. As in: at least 1 essay every 2 weeks (sometime multiple in the same week), textbook reading every night, quizzes every day, etc.

I’ve taken: Calc AB, BC, Stats, Bio, Lang

Easiest: Stats and Lang
Hardest: Bio - It isn’t that bad, but you have to try just a tiny little bit. I didn’t.

Hardest: AP Chem. Double period class with an incompetent teacher who would regularly give us 4 period exams on material we never covered and then get mad at us when we didn’t do well. There was a pretty consistent 20% grade curve so it didn’t end too badly.

Easiest: AP English Lang. Also the most boring.

But I’ve heard AP Human Geo is almost pathetically easy.

Hardest: AP Chem. Teacher is amazing and the AP average is ridiculously high, but he gives a ****load of work I heard.

Easiest: Psych and Human Geo.

Easy: Human Geography or Psych

I heard stats was pretty easy.

Easiest : AP Comp Gov

Hardest: Non-existent.

Test wise:

Easiest: Human Geography

Hardest: Probably Physics C E&M

(for my school)

Hardest: Euro/Calc teacher for euro is amazing but is really hard, teacher for calc is incompetent, 1000 years old, and the test average for my school is probably around 2

Easiest: Macro, kids who take it are usually very interested in the topic and the teacher is amazing, our school probably averages a 5 on the test

All the AP classes I have taken are easy, but if you’re talking about exams, here’s my opinion.

Hardest: AP Physics B
Easiest: World History

In my school, AP Physics C is by far the toughest AP class (although I’ve never taken it), closely followed by APUSH. AP Gov was the easiest AP class I’ve ever taken, since all we ever did was watch movies. I was pretty worried about the AP exam, but I managed to get a 5 on it.

Easiest: AP Lit, only because the teacher doesn’t teach.

Hardest: AP History, i’ve never really liked history in the first place

so far
hardest: ap bio

easiest: ap histoire

hardest: ap physics b <— oooh child, i got a 1 on that and the teacher gave A LOT work the whole year that hardly even showed up on the exam! i dont know what the heck she was teaching

@ PrincetonUSigh2 “oooh child” LOL I’m sorry by that made me laugh out loud!

Defiantly depends on you teacher, but at my school.

Easy= US. Gov and Psych both are open enrollment (no prereqs) and both have about and 85% pass rate. The teachers are AMAZING!

Hard= US History, Econs, Physics C. US is almost everyone’s first AP class (it’s the only sophomore AP class, and the teacher spends half the classes talking about how important the AP test is. (nice man, he just needs to refocus.) Econs = Senior classes = Senioritis = angry/unmotivated teachers. Physics C is hard because it’s Physics C.

Currently enrolled in Calculus BC and Physics C. Both are astoundingly easy. APUSH, which I took last year, was probably the hardest AP I’ve taken. I’m no good at history.

I don’t care what anyone else says. There is an easiest AP class and there is a hardest.

Easiest: AP Environmental Science

Hardest: AP Physics

The question has been answered. Thread complete.

Easiest: AP Statistics
Hardest: AP English Literature

AP Statistics is seriously a joke after slogging through Calculus AB and BC. AB wasn’t too bad, but BC pretty much owned me last year. I have more homework in regular philosophy than I do in Stats…

English is always hard because essay writing does not come naturally to me. Participation also counts in our grade, so I always have to stretch pretty far to make good points. If I finish with an A-, I will be satisfied.

Easiest: AP Calculus BC
Hardest: AP English Literature

To be honest, AP Calculus BC was crazy easy for me. I think I might of aced every question on that test (it’s a shame that the AP doesn’t tell you your exact score).

AP Biology killed me though. My AP Bio teacher was renowned throughout the school though for his ability to put kids to asleep, myself included. I finished the year with the highest grade in my class but got a 3 on the AP test…
