So, for life sciences or biological sciences,
which schools are how hard?
Not the admission GPA, but rather the graduating GPA.

I know that

Ut- very very hard, suicidal
McGill- not as hard as UT but still pretty insane
UBC- ??(I’m most interested in UBC)

Is there a grade inflation or deflation at UBC?
Is UBC life science hard to aim for a 4.0 cgpa? (Compared to other schools)

All accredited Canadian universities are similar. If you do well in any of them, it is easy to transfer to another one later.

Or, if you get high marks, it is easy to transfer to any international school later for post-graduate work.

I recommend picking the one that is closest to your home. That way, travel back and forth will be easier and less-expensive during vacations.

The difference between the UToronto-McGill-UBC triad (the Canadian HYPS) and the Canadian bottom of the barrel is nowhere near as great as the difference between HYPS and, say, Keene State College.
