<p>Anybody knows if this is a honest or dishonest website?</p>
<p>I ordered a textbook off their site a while ago and it arrived approximately a month and a half later. Apparently they didn’t have it in stock and customer service was terrible. A one and a half hour wait to speak with a person who had no grasp of what I was talking about. I’m not a big fan though to say they are dishonest is another thing.</p>
<p>Thanks for your comments. Did anybody else ever have problems with this website(trying to get books, refunds, etc.)?</p>
