<p>So I’ve applied for the Educational Credential Evaluators’ course-by-course evaluation using the Online App. But I’m really perplexed by their instructions. ‘Online App’ generally implies that you can pay and submit the entire thing online. But ECE’s asking for me to print out the app and then mail it to them along with my transcripts?</p>
<p>Has anyone else tried using the ECE Online App before? Am I doing this right?</p>
