<p>for an out of state applicant, admission is very difficult. my daughter had a 1480 sat,three satII’s of 750 or higher, national merit finalist, one of the top students in her class, seven AP courses,and many other intangibles. she applied to uva and was waitlisted. she decided not to pursue the waitlist.</p>
