Cookiemom, the more I hear about your son the more perfect he seems. Are you sure he’s a real person and not an android you fuel with your amazing cookies? Eagle Scout, sheesh.

And PW, you still are the one addicted to calling the admissions office. Some things never change. ;)

I’ve fallen for Dartmouth so a thin envelope from the P wouldn’t be devestating… I’d love if the D and I just turned out to be an illict affair, but if I end up marrying him, I’d be okay with that.

I’ve been trying to obsess myself with Cornell (At least someone wants me… :-)) for the last two weeks. It works fine until I see that pile of Princeton lookbooks and apps in my room. It’ll all be over soon!!

Wow. The wait = excruciating! You know, I would venture to assert that the few days of waiting before and while the mail is making its way from New Jersey to my house is even worse than applying… waiting on this one school is harder than it was to apply to all of the nine schools i ended up applying to combined! What do I do with myself? Ok, keep repeating… I won’t know till at least the end of the week… I won’t know till at least the end of the week… so log off this website, stop commenting, stop reading, stop searching the entire Princeton site for any hint that decisions are going out or that my name appears SOMEWHERE, and do something productive, like… homework! Yes, yes, my precious, homework is very good at keeping our mindes busy… Yes, yes… (sneaky laugh, evil eye grin)… very, very good…

Wanna know what is kind of weird? I have been intensly studying this website for… months. And I have only posted 27 times? (13 of those thus far have been in the last two days, says something about my lerking habits.)

Read them!? Where do you think I put those other 14 posts that did not happen in the last two days? They took place in the two days before I got my deferral decision.

Cookies for everyone!!! Good Luck to all of you EDers. Remember what they say, “Love’s better the second time around.”

Graci - Yes, we’ve always considered him not human in our family as well. He’s also good looking. I know that this is coming from his mother, but he is a 6’3" rower. Have you ever seen what those guys look like? The only thing hes worried about is the other kids being snobby. Hes as humble and down to earth as can be.

Lisae, I’m sorry babe, but if you get into P, you’ve just gotta come. Dmouth is fun and all, but c’mon…it’s all about the Princeton love Think of all your ED family!

LOL…
wow
you guys are awesome
but anyway, i am also trying to get myself to like schools such as dartmouth columbia seas, penn, and cornell in case i have to go to one of those, which seems very likely in this case… :(

hey all! so we’re not exactly sure when the mail will come? during ED, God was very very cruel. i opened my mail box and there was this big envelope and i went numb. i was hysterical for about 5 seconds. but then i took it out and it was the stupid FAFSA form! then i looked behind it and there was that thin envelope from pton anyway are we thinking the the 31st or April fool’s?
