congrats! what great news, and (I imagine!) a great feeling to be done with the process already.
My daughter chickened out at the last second from applying ED and instead applied EA. Just wasn’t ready to commit and wanted to keep her options open, as well as take a few swings at some real reaches. I wish she had!

Congratulations! My oldest son is a Soph, this school has been the best thing in his life for him! He is in love with it, has great friends, loves his professors, been given amazing opportunities and has grown as a person leaps and bounds! Doing things he never would have attempted before! My second son applied EA this year , we want him to go but know he does not want to follow in his bothers footsteps so we can only wish!

Wow! I had no idea that they notified ED students so early! Congrats!!
I also have a Sophomore there and she has absolutely loved it. My S25 has been down to visit her several times and will be submitting his application this weekend. I think he will probably end up somewhere else, but we would certainly be happy if he chose to attend Elon.

Hello and congratulations! My daughter also applied early decision. Can you please tell me how long he waited to hear? I am trying to temper expectations around here

Anyone else anxiously awaiting an Elon decision and wondering why this thread is so quiet? Seems unusual with so much interest in Elon these days!

many threads are very quiet this year. I worry that College Confidential isn’t the resource it used to be, which is a bummer because it is a great community. I read elsewhere that someone said things have migrated to Reddit A2C subforums (“accepted to college”) which is too bad for this technologically-challenged old guy

Prob quiet bc we know we aren’t getting decisions til Friday. Other college boards are very active. Penn state has almost 2000 posts but decisions have been coming out daily since 11/7.
I wonder if we will also find out if they are invited to the Fellows interviews. This is the first time the application was included with the admissions app
I’ve been secretly hoping that they’d release decisions early as they did with ED. It’s awful actually, all of this optimism!
Elon called my son today to let him know he was accepted 
My other son is currently a student. I heard this do this when someone is an alum or currently there. Good luck to all.

Congrats! Did they give any indication to your son when he would be able to view his acceptance letter in the portal?
There used to be a banner in my kid’s portal that said they’d receive a decision on December 20th. However, that banner disappeared today. No mention of when a decision will released. Anyone else? (applied EA)
Friday evening they stated
Correction! They said they would send it tonight at 8pm!
