Employer will not accept AS degree

I can really use some advice. My employer (to be) is not accepting my associate degree. They stating that it is not accredited by one of the following agencies:

Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
Association of Independent Colleges and Schools
Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
New England Association of Colleges and Schools
North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
Northwest Association of Colleges and Schools
National Association of Trade and Technical Schools
Western Association of Colleges and Schools

Now, the college that I graduated is Globe Institute of Technology is located in NY City and is accredited by New York State Board of Regents and the Commissioner of Education.

My question is there anything I can do to have them accept my AS degree? What are my options?

My other problem with my employer is that they will not accept my foreign high school diploma even though I do have it have professionally translated and notarized. Are there any options here?

They basically force me to take GED test. I’m not really comfortable taking it as it is been a while since I finish high school.

I would appreciate any input regarding this mater.

TIA

It sounds like your employer (to be) will be awful to work for if they aren’t taking your Associates degree even though it is accredited. Do you have any other potential employers that treat you better than that? I would take this as a tell-tale sign that this employer has no value in its employees if it treats potential employees this way.
