Engineering Double Major (materials eng + chemical Eng) w/ 3.0gpa, what should I do??

m about to graduate next semester with two full separate bachelors degrees (Not “Dual” because Ive taken ALL necessary classes) both in engineering (materials science and engineering and chemical engineering) with at least 1 year research in bonding and thin film deposition with optoelectronic devices. I have a 2.97 now, but i left easy classes for the fall 2018 semester to boost me past 3.0. I was able to achieve both bachelors in 4.5 years, and i will be turning 22 by the time I graduate. So, i want to know how should i go about presenting myself to the A) College Graduate Community and B)Company/Industrial/Corporate Community. I am currently in a top 40 school, so nothing great, but I feel ive busted my ass and Im not sure how to grab a readers attention when they look at my resume, either for grad school or a company. I wouldnt be applying for grad school until Winter 2018, or I could take a breather and apply the year after if i were to get some type of internship/job for the 9-months until 2019.
