I am not sure whether or not to take English 2H my sophomore year.

I want to balance out my schedule for next year because I am also an athlete.
Do you think that colleges will care if I do take English 2H (I’ve heard it is a lot of extra work)

Also, I am still planning of taking AP English junior year.

I would give it a try since you aced Honors English freshman year, and if you are planning on taking an AP English class in the future.
However, think about this years workload and how next year’s will be. If you don’t think you can balance everything, you should drop it.
