English Language Proficiency for US Citizens?

Hello!

I’m currently applying for UCs and was a bit confused about their English Language Proficiency section. I’m not able to attach a picture, but it sounds like it’s a question meant for international students though I’m still required to answer it. I’m a US citizen and have been going to school here for K-12, but I do technically have SAT scores (an option in the dropdown along with TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, etc). Do I still need to submit my SAT scores, or should I just say no since I’m not an international student?

One thing to consider, for a previous question asking “What language did you learn to speak first?” I said “English and another language”. So, would it be better to submit my SAT score just to prove my English proficiency or does the language question not matter too much?

Any help is much appreciated, and thank you in advance!

My daughter’s first language was not English and she didn’t attach anything to her UC application to prove proficiency. She graduated from a US high school with good grades, so her proficiency is evident from that.

The UC’s state the following:

Self-report your English proficiency scores in the UC application. If you are offered admission, send your scores after admission only to the campus where you intend to enroll. Scores must still be valid (not expired) when you submit them to the campus.

Yes, but they also asked if they should submit SAT scores so I should have stated that SAT scores in general should be self reported and then submitted after being admitted and enrolled for course placement and not just specifically for English proficiency (which they to do not need to prove). My mistake.
