<p>I am writing the essay topic “What is your favorite word and why?” and I exceed the 250 word limit by 60 words. Is this overboard? I really don’t want to cut anymore, as it would detract from the meaning of my essay.</p>
<p>We don’t really have time to count every word. As long as you aren’t submitting two pages when we’ve asked for a half page, you’re fine. :)</p>
