Thank you. I saw the old breakdown for the MCA and saw the huge discrepancy between the 5th year of math and the 5th year of English, but that both were very beneficial. I decided to call the admissions at lunch after they opened at 12 and they told me that both are important, same with English and helped me figure out some options. They were super helpful. On this site I also saw there is a UC calculator that Gumbymom posted so I used that and it was slightly different than what I had figured on my own but I feel good about my grades for 9-11 with the 8 semester cap of Honors/AP and 4 of those max for 10th grade. @Gumbymom Gumbymom on another post in a UCSB you shared some counseling advice about the unweighted UC GPA and the Uncapped UC GPA being used by the UCs. Is there a thought that this also applies to SLO, understanding the difference between 9-11 and 10-11 between the schools.
