Evaluation of Indian school marks for MIT

i have to show this page to our school counselor. imagine what DPSRK alumni assoc. would like in about 10 years.

it seems 50% of students who gets selected for top tier are from DAIS n RKP…

i m not only talking bout RKP, but in general. I have hardly seen any indian doing his undergrad from harvard

why is it that all cornellies from RKP are female… do they prefer female more than male… lol :)

harvard is damn competitive man…

good move harish.

:( :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :(

@tippu - and y is it so

because u r a fast mover
Isn’t it nice to be able to go back in time for real and edit our past sins?

i am so glad to hear that cliche again… “good move harish”…

wow that is an extremely impressive list! it must be one heck of a touch school to get into?

have you guys heard of stuyvesant in nyc? its one heck of a hard school to get into but the opportunities there are amazing. out of like 40 finalists for intel, they have like sometimes 4 in a yr. and a lot of their students make the top 10 slots as well

my school typically gets students into jhu, upenn, cornell, georgetown (omg like 10-20 % of last yrs class got in there), usually just one to harvard, princeton (well we had 1 last yr), brown, gwu, bu, bc, a bunch of liberal arts schools, and a 1-2 art schools per year.
(we usually just get 1-2 students into the really big ivies, one girl from my school last yr got into harvard, brown, princeton, and uchicago! and we also had one other to brown ANDDDDDD she had a 3.2 gpa from my school!!)
its a top prep school in nyc

haha its given that their are only like 50 students per grade
but noone ever does anything like intel or siemens from my school. which is weird.

This thread is way off subject.Tippu,i’d have thought you were less vella :)

@tippu - no thats a bad idea… otherwise u won’t learn anything from failures… successful people r successful only bcoz they know wat failure is all bout… success is valued only by the person who has met failures…

u r right. it was just a brain fart. for a moment i thought i had come up with a brilliant idea.

“less vella” huh?

@tippu - how does your brain “fart”…!!! :!

what is less vella???

arrrgh.
Go on with your explanations.Im off this thread before I pull my hair out strand by strand!

i m used to hearing that it stinks worse than my dung. ok, i’ll stop.

@tippu - i am not saying “used to” to elate myself or show u down, but thats the truth…
i play chess.

so pleas don take otherwise

but what is less vella… pls tell me or i wont sleep and carry on my conversation

no problem
so u r chess player? good 4 u. now i understand “good move” cliche. thanks for the explanation. ha ha

i heard chess players often go forward in time to make their current move.

:)
10char

u r a clever man!

now i am not gonna say “u r a clever man” is a cliche, because its not… lol :)

btw we are really getting off the topic…

this thread was meant to be Indian transcripts at MIT… nd now it has come to “fart”…
