I’m truly devoted to relatively experimental theatre forms such as physical acting, maskwork, mime, dance, Linklater technique, and puppetry, and outside of NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing, I really haven’t found any schools that would by ideal matches for me. Is anyone familiar with any other colleges that offer training in experimental techniques?

You might want to look at North Carolina School of the Arts. The curriculum is pretty broad and seems to at least touch on most of the areas you listed. I know that some of the students there focus on edgier and more non-traditional forms of acting.

you also might consider Cal Arts. It has a track that is almost like a build your own major for highly independent performers

You may also want to have a look at the Guthrie Theater program at the University of Minnesota.
