Do international students get extended time? I’m not an international student but I have always wondered how those students that don’t even speak English as their first language got a stellar scores on SAT. A score that many Americans who use English in their every day life can never get. Anyway just answer my questions do international get extended time on SAT? If they do, that may explain why. Extended time would certainly increase the score by a lot.

no extended time or any other advantage.
A lot of studying!

No, not by default. But of course international students with documented learning disabilities can apply for extended time just like domestic test takers.

How do international students do well on the SAT? They memorize long vocab lists (like Barron’s 3,500 SAT words) and practice, practice, practice.

lol! I was studying the 3500 words list from Barron’s as well!
