My country doesn’t offer AP nor IB courses and I’m in real need to get a full-ride scholarship for MICA cause it has been my dream college for a while now. My country only offers SAT, TOEFL, IELTS and various art courses in the IGCSE program and outside school, so is there any chance to get extra credits for the full enrollment scholarship without taking AP or IB courses?

I don’t think full ride scholarships for MICA are that common. The university doesn’t publish its financial aid stats, so it’s impossible to know what percentage students have need met, but it’s dubious they’d hide it if it were good. More generally speaking, art schools have very bad financial aid.
However for art schools the key element will be your portfolio, whether you’ve won prizes, had exhibits, etc, etc. as well as your grades&SAT (or ACT) score to a much lesser extent than other colleges.
