I am an international student from India planning to apply to NUS for undergrad. I want to pursue management or accountancy. I want to know the result of which class will be considered in the admission process and what is the percentage of students from India who get admitted into NUS.
Also, what kind of extra curricular activities should I do for the maximum chances of my admission?
I’ve heard from family members who have studied at NUS that the school really just mostly cares about grades. As for extracurriculars, as long as you show that you are a person and not a robot who digests information, they will put you in consideration.
For me, I play many sports and currently take part in some theatre activities at my school. I’ve been told that one thing it will definitely help me with is getting a spot at a hall.
But overall, just do the extra curricular activities you love and think about how you want NUS to perceive you as a person based on your activities. Do what you love, it will always get you further.
