Extracurriculars?

Hi, I’m a high school sophomore.
For reference, my grades are okayish (I made one B last semester but otherwise all A’s, my weighted average is 100).
Freshman year, I ran cross country (JV), swam on the school team (JV), and participated in the school musical and a student-directed one act.
Over the summer, I went on a mission trip to Haiti.
This fall, I ran cross country (JV again) and participated in the fall play. Currently, I am playing golf (varsity) and working on the musical. Once the musical is over I’m going to be in another one act.
This summer, I am going to Nicaragua on a church mission.
Moving forward - I want to join Model UN and become a Teen Leader with my church youth group.
I want to be a cross-country captain my senior year, but I know I can’t count on that. However I know I can run varsity next year.
Is what I have so far okay? Do I need to add anything? Will this look good to schools like Georgia Tech, NYU?

(Edit: I am also doing an exchange with our sister school in Switzerland.)

Involve yourself in activities that are meaningful to you and go after them. Then you will apply to schools that make sense in light of your interests. Just go after stuff now and don’t worry about turning yourself into a candidate. Be a student!
