Extracurriculars

I’m at the top of my class, but I feel as though my extracurricular are lacking and I know it’s going to hurt me in the admissions process. A girl in my school, who has taken about 4 less AP Classes than me but is on the varsity softball team just got admitted to Princeton and opened my eyes to this.
I’ve done all the trivial volunteering at the library, tutoring, and babysitting stuff.
The things I feel will set me apart slightly are that I’m co-president of a club, have been volunteering at a therapeutic equestrian center, and that I’ve been playing soccer for 10 years. Also, I hope taking AP Studio Art next year will help my application.
Currently I’m focusing on developing my club and possibly getting on a club soccer team to really show my commitment (even though the $damage$ will be heavy).
My parents are divorced and as a result I have to care for my siblings and am at a financial disadvantage, I hope this will be factored into my applications.
I know that none of my achievements are stellar, I have no awards to show for it. I don’t think I can qualify for an Ivy League anymore, but I’m still going to try. An advice?
