<p>Hi there, am an f1 dependant with f2 visa. My husband applied for a green card lottery not because we want to
stay but because it was avaliable, it appears that has affected our kids from getting thier from f2 because the consular feel my husband is here to stay. They presented all the possession back home as strong ties, including our business. Is there any way to convince the consular, am afraid to leave the country now as i may be not allowed entrance again. Kindly advise am missing my kids, its been a year now going to two, as a mother am torn apart.</p>
