@want2engr What a trip that would be if we ended up having the same class together in Fall. Thanks for the update.

@rice00princess @mjeter20 @lovechickfila @wombar congratulations to all of you guys! Hope to see you guys around next year :)

Accepted to my Second choice: College of Liberal Art Undeclared, first choice is Radio-Film-Television but it’s okay, I already knew my GPA is too low for that one.
Just found out at 10:50pm, last time I check was 8:00pm and still in review.

Here is my stat when I submitted my application.

Houston Community College, freshman.
GPA: 3.51, 31 hours, a W on transcript when I take high school dual credit.
Essays kind of last minute work, not very impressive.
3 Letters of Recommendation. From my communication professor, geology professor and from the staff at the church where I volunteered at.
No work experience.
Some volunteer hour at my church, not much.
I was on the Dean’s list but I forgot to list it in my resume.
No Greek club whatsoever (I thought those were scam).

THIS IS SO EXCITING GUYS!! Congrats everyone :*

@chuck616 and @Aragaki
It just says they considered me for my 1st choice. I took AP Calc AB in HS and I got credit for Calc 1 in the 3 sequence Calculus. So I had half of my Calc requirement completed. I didn’t have a lot of Natl. Science credits except for Geology 1 and Calc 1 and I am assuming that’s why I didn’t get into CNS. And my 1st choice was BA in Math.

Accepted, to my second UGS, I was denied from CNS due to a lack of Calculus credit Im sure.

Stats: 4.0, 2 essays that I thought were decent, work experience, 30 hours of community service, 34 hours of credit.

I just got accepted into my 2nd choice of COLA undecided. My 1st choice was CNS with both Cal 1+2 and a bunch of science courses already taken.

3.5 gpa, still very thankful and so pumped. Good Luck to everyone else!!!

Did you do well in your sciences and calc classes @utchild199

Congrats everybody! Hook 'Em!

Who’s going to orientation and which session??

Orientation for June 26/27. How about you guys?

Congrats y’all! Hook’em!! :)

still waiting here….Congrats to those who were accepted!!! I’m hoping since so many have heard back, i should hear back fairly soon. This wait is killing me

still waiting here as well… haven’t heard back from CNS yet

@lc809070 i would say i have done on par or average with most kids. i received all As and Bs in those classes.

Congrats everyone! Still waiting for CNS… JESUS CHRSIT Cmon already

Does anyone know any pre-nursing majoring being accepted? My application has been in review since the second week of March… @-)

@mija15 sorry for never getting back to your post a few days ago… I completely forgot. I applied to the nursing major as well and have been in review for as long as you have (or maybe even longer 8-X). I think the ones that have the higher chances are still in review and the others have already been denied. Nice stats by the way… I wouldn’t think you have anything to worry about!

@Golfing7861 I have summer school that last until the sixth of July so I will attend the orientation on July 10-11.

Good luck everybody!!!

I’m going on a volunteer trip out of the country for 6 weeks during the summer, so unfortunately I think I will be stuck doing a late orientation :/
