Transfer experience is all of Gardenia and Holly 3 and 4.
regarding loans, i accepted mine on the fan and signed the MPN and did the debt course, is that all i have to do? will the loan be applied to my bruin bill come the 14th??
I hope so @Icj1994, cause thats all I did
Ok cool thanks, did you do the 30 min course and the 4.5 hr one? I think we only needed to do the 30 min (3 section one) but IDK… hope it comes through. When i look at the FAN now it still acts like i could go through the acceptance process all over again so it has me worried… but idk. Did your parents take one too or just you?
@Orangered123 and @luckie1367 thanks, guys! I will.
A new museum is opening in LA during welcome week, so…
I saw that @apocalypso, and its FREE
There is also the football game on Sep 19 that I’ve convinced my new roommate to go to with me :D/
The museum at UCLA is always having cool stuff too. The name escapes me at the moment >_<
@anikom15 the Hammer? Or Fowler?
FOWLER
The Fowler is great! I’ve only been there once but was surprised it was almost empty.
Is there anyone in a delux double (pref. de neve gardenia or holly) that wants to switch into a delux triple in sproul?
I went to Fowler once, before school started for me in Fall 2014. It’s a great museum.
SMC starts today! It feels really weird seeing the pictures and not being there
Also, friendly reminder to check your DARS to make sure everything is complete.
I have a question about on campus housing!
When do we need to pay September? Should it be already in our bruinbill, or does it load up there tomorrow and when do we pay it by?
@Ellie64 I believe it’s in accordance to the payment plan you chose when signing your housing contract. For me personally, I chose the financial aid quarterly payment plan, where I pay on the first of October, January, and April.
^Yep
When it comes to renting a micro fridge, does anyone know if there is a way to split the cost with your roommates or do a monthly payment plan?
For the middle class scholarship, were we supposed to be notified a while back if we get awarded a grant? Or do we find out within the coming weeks?
@UCLA17 I think you have one person order it and then the other person/people pay them when you move in.
@UCLA17 and @fncrane thats what my roommate and I are doing.
@edwardcruz319 if you check here: https://mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov/logon.asp you should be able to see if you were awarded anything. FWIW I got about 1500
