FALL 2017 UCLA OFFICIAL TRANSFER THREAD

I think he’s using a language called sarcasm.

Well that was just my sarcastic opinion. The main point is what you just said. I cant believe that people are still asking to be chanced when the decision is just around. Whats the point ?_?

@andrewjchange anxiety, which we all have lol. some people just need validation and comfort before the actual day comes lol

7 DAAAYS TO GO #STRESSEDAF -__-

5 days and 19 hours, according to the timer @mightyMETA made :D/

Not even sure if it is next Friday, they can make it April 28

I would honestly just drop dead at that point.

@andrewjchang they won’t make decision on the same day as Berkeley it will be two many angry calls for people rejected . It most likely the 21 April I applied last time and it was that date last year 2016. it always one week before Berkeley

@andrewjchang it won’t be. UCLA is ALWAYS one week before Berkeley. They always take the last Friday of the month so UCLA takes the 3rd.

@LynAmmo I literally did something like a half laugh and half sob when I read the part of your comment that said that you’ve been avoiding homework and all this other stuff because your mind is just constantly thinking of UCLA bc same girl, same.

I started playing Caesar III again recently; helps me take my mind off of things. That and league.
I would just try my best to stay calm and patiently wait. The decisions will come when they come.

@lostar Bruh, like I can’t this semester. I know when I find out it will give me such motivation to continue, but till then >:D<

@uclahopeful2017 hey! if you put planned you should be fine because sometimes your planned courses change. if you put in progess then it might be an issues. i know some schools will say that your in progress courses from the TAU need to be completed with high grades in order to keep your admission. go on the uc application website and check. if you messed up for whatever reason, you can always contact the schools and let them know. better do it sooner than later if there’s courses listed that you put in progress that you ended up not taking.

@LynAmmo I feel you! And when Friday finally does roll around I’m gonna be like X_X [-O<

@gabyitzelq1 thanks for getting back to me! Since the priority deadline for the TAU was January 31st (I believe), I filled mine out January 1st so I didn’t have to worry about it later on. All of the courses I inidicated as Planned for spring, I am still currently enrolled in. Like I said, I didn’t want to indicate that they were In Progress because my semester hadn’t started and that would technically be lying lol. So if I’m still enrolled in the courses I should be fine? I already have been accepted from UCI as I TAG’d there, so I am hoping that sonce they viewed my application that everything is correct. Thanks again for responding!

@uclahopeful2017 got it  i think i did mine as IP once my classes started, and submitted before the priority deadline since i started my semester the first week of january. you’ll be fine then! i think that you’re even safe if the classes are not major or general requirements.

@LynAmmo Bruh I know, I’m so drained emotionally after waiting and waiting for all these results to come out :-S No motivation whatsoever right now

@uclahopeful2017 If you put planned you’re fine, as long as you didn’t like switch courses without notifying them. I had mine all as PL and I was accepted to UCSD in early March. I didn’t realize I had them as planned till like late March.

@ParadoxicalFire I’m glad I’m not the only one :)) hope I don’t have to appeal or something because then it’ll be till May or June. I CANNOT.

What if when you filled out the TAU you were taking 4 courses but dropped two of them? I got a second job that’s why, but the two courses that I dropped were just electives. They don’t count towards my major and I already have 60 transferable units. Does that still look bad?

hi guys is there a way that uc know which colleges has the transfer agreement known as tap and which doesn’t
