Fall 2020 Application Open!

hi @hailtopitt1787. Pitt didn’t pop on our radar until a few months ago, when we finally met up with a recent Pitt Business (College of Business Administration, Class 2017) alumna who had just moved to our area (daughter of an old high school friend).

We asked her about her time at Pitt. She spoke extensively about Pitt, her experiences outside of school (volunteer projects, etc. ), Business classes, internships, work after graduation, etc.

We haven’t visited the campus but spent a lot of time looking at the website, here at CC, other college sites/forum, etc.

Is there any other way to show demonstrated interest since we will be unable to visit? We are over a 9 hour/2 hour plane ride away.

@hailtopitt1787, we did attend a local Elon presentation.

Hi @snakeskin

This is great to hear! If the local Elon presentation was conducted by one of our representatives and your student filled out an inquiry card then that will count as demonstrated interest. If not, I encourage your student to reach out to his or her territory manager via email and express interest in that way! https://oafa.pitt.edu/esm_directory.php

If you have additional questions don’t hesitate to ask.

All the best,

Sorry @hailtopitt1787, #101 was a mistaken post to a different thread! I had several tabs open to several different schools!

Hi @hailtopitt1787

I haven’t gotten any emails from Pitt, but when I logged into the PS Mobile, I saw two buttons saying “Accept” and “Decline” in the admissions sections. Does this mean I’ve been accepted?

Hi @user_586661

We do not notify our students via PS Mobile. Your official notification will come via email and regular mail only.
