<p>I just received my fall '07 schedule and I’m having second thoughts. Is this too heavy of a workload? I’ve heard it’s better for freshman to take a lighter course load during the fall semester.</p>

<p>Biology, Society, Biomedical Issues - 3 credits
Computer Apps in Business - 3 credits
Intro to Microeconomics - 3 credits
ExPos - 3 credits
Elementary Spanish - 4 credits
First year seminar - 1 credit</p>

<p>17 should be fine. Expos isn’t as bad as everyone says it is. Comp for business and bio issues shouldn’t be too bad either. The schedule is what it is though. A 12 credit load can be overwhelming if you don’t keep up and put work into it during the semester. If you manage your time well 17 shouldn’t be a problem.</p>
