<p>I submitted my application at FGCU online on december 17. When should I be hearing back?</p>

<p>My daughter applied there, and it took a crazy long time for them to even get everything in the computer system and acknowledge that they had it. Like, well over a month. She’d already been accepted to two more competitive state u’s by then, but she really had liked FGCU. Once they acknowledge that they have everything (which you can find by checking their application status page), it was pretty quick, a week or two.</p>
<p>Okay, just checked. I know she sent her application and transcripts at the end of October (Application fee was paid October 26), and they acknowledged receiving her SAT scores November 6. But they didn’t process her application FORM (which had to be sent with the application fee) until December 3 for some reason. I know she got accepted well before Christmas. So yeah, about 1-2 weeks after they SAY they have everything.</p>
