Are there any universities in usa with high acceptance rate which give financial aid/scholarships to international students?

The short answer is - no.

The longer answers - depends how much financial aid you need. If you can pay most of the tuition/fees, and only need a little (say 5,000-$15,000) per year in financial aid, then many schools will accept you. If you can’t pay anything, or close to anything, and need the full $40,000-$60,000 per year in financial aid, then it will be very difficult.

I will be able to contribute about 8000-10,000. Maybe 15000 if my parents pressure themselves. Idk if that counts

That means you will need significant financial aid, so the answers is, no there are no schools with high acceptance rates that will also easily grant you that much in financial aid. Even public community colleges (relatively inexpensive 2-year schools with low entrance requirements) will cost more than $10,000 per year.

you’ll need to win one of the full tuition/full ride scholarships (see the “pinned” or “sticky” threads at the top of the Financial Aid Forum) or get into one of the colleges that provide need-based aid to internationals.
