@alsg66 Thank you so much. I am from India. My letter arrived via DHL, but I received no prior email with the tracking number. The letter is marked March 24th but the DHL packing says March 29th.

I got in! Im an international student from Korea applied transfer for 2yr aas jewelry design. The letter is marked 3/24 and it states im amongst outstanding applicants. Good luck to everyone!

I wonder why admission didn’t send her DHL tracking number ): My site map has changed few days ago, but I haven’t gotten any e-mail…
My daughter received her letter on Friday and she is wait listed…does anyone have any experience with FIT and being wait listed? Seeing how she has to make a decision by May 1st, will we know by then from FIT or is this something that can drag on for a long time. She did send the email immediately that she is still interested and will have her most recent transcript sent out, but how long can this drag on…Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted!
@coco1028 I was wondering the same thing. I was worried of being rejected since I didn’t receive a DHL tracking number even though my letter was sent out. But then I noticed that my Site Map had changed. I think that is a clear hint of either being accepted or wait-listed.
@rebatown she will most likely have to wait until accepted FIT students make a decision on their attendance on May 1st. So she will hear anywhere between May 1st and July 10th, I believe. It all depends on space.
Thank you @Larriealumni. At least it was not a full out rejection! She felt good about that, but frustrated because she is SO TIRED of waiting! She was accepted to the other 5 schools she applied to so she will have to make a deposit somewhere else. It is frustrating that we will loose that money, but still keeping our fingers crossed.

I just called FIT and they told me my application was still under review! WOW! So for those of you who haven’t heard back don’t think you’ve gotten rejected, they could still be looking at it. GOOD LUCK!

@Justbrandee36 did you apply by the Feb 1st deadline? My son still wating for that letter that didn’t come today either. The wating is awful
@alsg66, I had applied after February 1st, and then called and was told that if the major I was applying for was still open then I would still be considered for that major.
