Flights

Yeah, i really don’t have anything to do these days lol.

3 flights. London, NYC, Hartford. 18 hours 40 minutes by plane, 9 hours in airports. this is going to be my longest day ever.

Yeah, Continental!
But I heard their aeroplanes do not have much legspace. Many have recommended they would rather have those aisle seats than the window seats. 15 hrs and 15 minutes of a not-so-fun ride, I guess.

Yeah, continental. I didn’t have any big problem with leg space as compared to other airlines, and I’m 6’3". Their service rocks too.

Je deteste Continental

Seriously, I hate their legspace

oh, I’m flying business. Their economy class probably sucks (pretty much like every other airline’s). J’aime “Continental OnePass”

$1050 round trip for business class tickets? That’s SOME deal.

My college was ripped $2137 for round trip economy tickets.

I have a Continental OnePass, that’s why it was cheap. Frequent flier bonuses.

I will be traveling from Karachi > Abu Dhabi > London > Chicago > San Antonio by etihad and American airlines.

We are allowed to carry two 23 kg bags + a carry-on bag, right? How much weight can we carry in the carry-on bag? And would I have to transfer my luggage at each airport?

Woah those are a lot of stops.

How big/heavy your carry-on bag(s) can be depends a lot. You could carry a lot of bags, like 2-3 backpacks and still have no problem. It’s important that it’s not extremely conspicuous and that it can fit on the overhead compartment.
I once traveled across the world with 2 39kg bags. I remember that a couple of years it was 35kg, then they changed it to 23kg (or is it 25kg?). So during check-in, I told them I didn’t know about the change and that I was moving and not just traveling. lol I didn’t pay any extra money.

Delhi-London-Chicago-Indianapolis and then a shuttle to Greencastle.

Wow. I’ll be beat by the time I reach. Arrrgghhh.

Thinking about it alone is exhausting me.

TWO DAYS!

Faizanzubair, I think that depends. For the flight within the States I’m allowed to take 1 carry-on bag (18 kg), 1 checked bag, and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop), but I don’t know about international flights. I was also told that my baggage will be sent directly to NYC and I won’t have to re-check it in London.
