The listing and photos are GREAT and nary a movies poster or strange plant in sight!
it is absolutely beautiful. Kudos to living room stagers; and major kudos to you for your vision. I want to move! Good Luck.
i do think we will be redoing our kitchen cabinets to be like yours
Found the listing. The pictures look great. Keeping fingers crossed for you that you get a good offer soon!
It looks gorgeous, cb! Those sunset pictures just set it off to perfection.
Found the original listing as well as the new, so it was great to compare information. Coralbrook, you absolutely knocked this out of the park and made the most of every opportunity. Keeping my fingers crossed for multiple high offers!
I love what the stager did with the living room - very high end. And the sunset picture is stunning.
I must confess I felt a frisson of pride when I looked at some of the decisions we all helped make.
But it’s certainly your accomplishment, cb, not ours!
The pictures look gorgeous!
The only unfortunate thing is the google street view linked from redfin.com which shows the back of the house before renovation. Maybe the web page could be edited to get rid of the “streetview” button that practically begs people to click on it. Or maybe the “before” shot will just make it even more obvious what a spectacular reno CB has done.
Great view from the downstairs deck back into the LR!! Really stunning all around.
You might want to add floor plans for the nerdy ones like me that like them.
Gorgeous! Can they add ‘dumbwaiter’ to the list of equipment in the list of details?
House looks spectacular!
Can someone post the address in code so I can find the listing?
Absolutely stunning! Best wishes for a quick sale.
Yes, best wishes for a quick and very profitable sale, CB. You deserve it!
She is still working on supplemental remarks. Im sure that will mention all about dumbwaiter and other features. I let her pick which ones she wants in listing and I guess the dumbwaiter photo didn’t make the cut:)
You can just search $1.75mm to $2.00 mm San Diego Redfin. It comes up right away.
Look on page 34 of this thread to find the address clues (starting around post #502)
The photos in the listing are wonderful. Fingers crossed. Good luck!
This has been a looooooong journey. I can only imagine how cb feels.
I just loaded some of the spare photos from the shoot that I liked onto the Flickr account.
Once again, have to start early tomorrow to clean all the floors and bathrooms and shine everything up for the agents. We did not get the stair handrail to the garage done because I wanted all the pieces and parts of the cabinets to get completed so that countertops can get laid down in master bath tomorrow. I begged him to come install early in the morning. We will see. Agents will probably be staring at a plywood countertop and a bunch of drywall patches all over the walls. Oh well
My agent doesn’t even have the supplemental text done yet. I have not heard anything about the ‘calls’. Don’t think anything substantial came from the calls. It’ll probably just be my agent, me, some of my investors, friends and neighbors / looky lous at the Open House on Sunday
Rushed to countertop guy’s shop down in the Hood early this morning and held up a piece of the cabinetry, one of the floor plank tiles and the neutral shower tile to a bunch of slabs. I found one that is very neutral but I have no idea what it will look like in the bathroom lighting. Probably will look like Baby Poop… I seem to specialize in that color
Thank you all for the kind words and it has definitely been fun going th rough the plans, floor layouts, structural issues, etc. Remember the dumbwaiter discussion??? Most of you said not to spend the money. It is turning into a big hit and selling point. But, unfortunately today we discovered that some wires got yanked during the Soapstone counter install and now we have to try to fix that thing again!!
It always heats up when we finally get to paint color, lighting and decoration
Powder room got painted back to plain white, which made the room boring to me. Then my beautiful expensive crystal and chrome sconces showed up with grandma lamp shades on them but I just haven’t had the time to try to do something about changing them. Now I have 3 different mirror selections lying around that I have to decide by 10am tomorrow
The mirror needs to add some bling to the room because it is blah
