<p>I am a current Senior and applied to FSU for the early decision date on December 16th. I’m hoping to get in, but before that happens, I have a bunch of questions about housing and just really the whole process. When do they typically open up registration for housing? Or when have they opened it in the past? I sort of know how the whole priority number thing works, so I’m really paranoid about getting a low number. My top two dorm choices as of right now are Gilchrist and DeGraff (shouldn’t really be too paranoid about DeGraff, but Gilchrist I am.) And also, is there any sort of “down payment”, or something of the sort, that you have to pay in the housing app process? And how much is it? I’m mainly asking because it’s close to Christmas, and my mother is trying to save some money. Also, if anyone has any suggestions about housing there, that would also be highly appreciated. Thank you :)</p>
